By using Recomind, you accept these terms.

Use license

You may not reproduce, duplicate, or copy content from Recomind.

Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of Recomind (including design, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by Milo Gobin — Self-Employed (Haiden Frost) — or our licensors, and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

User-generated content (reading lists, ratings) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it to improve recommendations.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without explicit permission.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the service
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with Recomind
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data
  • Spam, harass, or abuse other users
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI model or algorithms
  • Use the service to train competing AI systems
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

Milo Gobin — Self-Employed, trading as Haiden Frost — is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of this service.

Recomind and Milo Gobin are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the service, including loss of data or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Modification of terms

These terms may change over time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law & jurisdiction

All disputes arising from these terms or your use of Recomind shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nantes, France (or such other court as may be required by French law).

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or if not possible, severed. The remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Recomind regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
